Andrew J. McRoberts
Andrew McRoberts has been involved in many facets of commercial real estate since entering the profession in 1976: following graduation from the University of Missouri with a BS Business Administration. During this time, he has been involved in real estate counseling, brokerage, development, appraisal, expert testimony and litigation support.
Counseling assignments have involved a multitude of complex real estate issues. Transaction/brokerage work has included the acquisition/sale of income type properties, the acquisition/sale of commercial land, easement negotiations, land assemblage, tenant lease representation and senior housing site selection. Development work includes site plan coordination and land entitlement coordination. Valuation and evaluation assignments have included the appraisal of land, investment-grade real estate, special-purpose properties, condemnation, partnership interests, easements, partial interests, ground leases, life estates, construction defects, highest and best use studies, market studies, rent studies, air rights and feasibility studies.
In the three areas of the firm’s commercial real estate concentration, Mr. McRoberts has earned professional designations.

Mr. McRoberts holds a Texas real estate broker’s license (287727) and Texas general appraisal certification (1320471-G). In past years, he was licensed as a real estate broker in Missouri and Oklahoma and as a licensed appraiser in Colorado.
